Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 8 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person when using existing beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3 per hour.

Breakfast

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Deposit

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Hotel information

Hillside location, the rooms face north. Payment only in cash at arrival. Room confirmation only with guarantee by credit card. Please tell us your estimated time of arrival and provide a mobile phone number so that we can contact you.

Food & beverage

There is no restaurant on site, but there are restaurants nearby. We will assist you reserving a table. Many guests like to visit the old town where there are a lot of different restaurants. Enjoy to have lunch in this part of Innsbruck. In some restaurants you can also sit outside watching people passing by.

Welcome to our hotel .... The pub "Heimgartl" was built in the 19th century and from then on has been known for its friendly and cosy atmosphere by its numerous guests. Since today the hotel "Heimgartl" has lost nothing of its originally charm and has kept its traditions. It is perfectly situated at the foot of the mountains and the guests are invited to long walks to the Weiherburg an old castle or to the Alpenzoo a zoo with all the animals that you can find in the woods and mountains of Tyrol. And for people that don't like walking that much it provides a marvellous view as well the mountains to the near centre of Innsbruck. Within a ten minute walk you can reach the historical centre of Innsbruck. It provides its visitors dozens of restaurants, pubs, clubs and discos so that you will certainly have a good time if you intend to go out in the evenings. There is a direct connection for skiers and snowboarder to the Hungerburgbahn and the Nordkettenbahn which will bring you to 2,245 m in less than 10 minutes to the so-called Nordpark.

Travel information

By train: The railway station is about 25 minutes walk from the hotel. A taxi drive to the hotel will cost about EUR 8.00. Or you take the bus line "D" , which departs in front of the station. Get off a few stops later at "Hoher Weg", about 30 m away from the hotel. By car: Drive along the motorway A12 towards Innsbruck. Leave the motorway A12 at the exit “Hall West” and cross the bridge. Drive straight ahead through the roundabout until you can see the first traffic light. Turn left, now you are on B171. Drive always straight ahaid ca. 4,5 km. You drive under a railway bridge that comes a big cross. Drive straight and after ca. 400 m you will see the Hotel Heimgartl on your right. You have to buy a vignette for all Austrian motorways and dual carriageways. To get the latest traffic information please switch on your radio and listen to Antenne Tirol.
