Area information
Innsbruck offers a wide variety of activities. As a winter and summer resort, it hosted the Winter Olympics in 1964 and 1976 and will appeal to anyone interested in Sports, Culture and Nature.
Historic City Centre of Innsbruck (distance from hotel about 1,5 km). Many historic buildings from 15th and 16th century are in the Citycentre. Interesting sights are the "Golden roof", the "Helblinghaus", "the Hofburg", "the city-tower", "the Ottoburg", "the dome of St. Jacob", the "Landestheater", "the Royal Church" and many more.
Travel information
We are situated near the city centre, right on the bottom of the Nordkette, the mountain range to the north of Innsbruck. You can easily reach us either by aeroplane, train or car.
By Car: leave the motorway at the exit Hall West – go straight through the round-about - after about 100 m turn to the left direction Innsbruck. Keep straight (about 4,5 km) - here we are on the right hand side of the street.
Train
the train station is about 2 km from our hotel.
By taxi or a public bus (line 4, A, E, C) you will get to our hotel within about 15 minutes .
By aeroplane
Innsbruck Airport offers conections to most of the bigger airports of Europe (London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Wien, ...) We are in a distance of 6 kilometres. You can easily reach us by taxi within 15 minutes.
